European Customs Clearance supports logistics service providers with their customs formalities. All cross-border transport of goods requires customs formalities, whether for import or export. With our Clearance department we ensure that our clients are provided with the correct customs documents. We also support clients with the secondment of Customs Declarants for various customs issues.
At ECC, you will step into the role of Sales Consultant. You will be engaged in attracting, retaining and expanding our customer base, with a focus on cold acquisition. You will be part of a young and dynamic team.
What will you do?
As a Sales Consultant at ECC, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through cold acquisition. You will approach potential customers, present our services and close new deals. You will be part of the sales team, in which each has their own focus.
Your duties?
- You actively approach potential customers via phone, email and other means of communication;
- You identify customer needs and respond accordingly;
- You will build and maintain strong relationships with new customers;
- You will work with the sales team to understand customer needs and market trends;
- You will bring new ideas to the development and execution of the sales process;
- You will report sales results and market insights to management.
Who are you?
- You have at least a completed MBO education, preferably in a commercial field;
- Demonstrated experience in sales is a plus;
- You have an affinity for the customs industry;
- You are results-oriented and proactive;
- You can work independently and show initiative;
- You can move quickly in a dynamic work environment;
- Good command of the Dutch and English languages, both oral and written.
